Processing Time


Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Production Time


HIGHPILE rugs are handmade with love in small batches by skilled artisans in India. Please allow 4-6 weeks of production time, which includes production, quality check, packaging, and delivery.

 

Shipping Time


Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment.

Shipping Methods and Costs


Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $20, displayed at checkout for domestic customers and $25 for international customers.


Expedited Shipping: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

International Shipping


Availability: We ship to select international destinations, including the US and Canada. Please review our shipping options at checkout to see if we ship to your location.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient upon receipt and vary by country. HighPile is not responsible for any customs or import duties.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking


Confirmation Email: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Tracking Orders: You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Delivery Issues


Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at team@highpile.co for assistance.


Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address


Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. HIGHPILE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
