No Returns or Exchanges


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Our quality control team goes to great lengths to ensure that you receive your product in pristine condition. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our handcrafted products.

Exception for Defective Products


If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly replace the product. To be eligible for a replacement, the defect must be clearly documented and reported to our customer service team at team@highpile.co. Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather a hallmark of the artisanal process. We encourage customers to embrace the uniqueness of each piece, as no two products are exactly alike.
